An Accident Replacement Vehicle, is a vehicle provided to you on a credit hire basis. A replacement vehicle can be supplied to not at fault drivers at no cost, meaning you have an immediate vehicle whilst yours is being repaired or until your claim has been settled.

We recover hire costs from the at fault insurance company

Not At Fault Drivers are entitled to a replacement car if the at fault party has insurance.

Contact details of all parties involved in the incident, proof of car ownership, proof of drivers licence and details of the incident.

You are only required to pay the insurance excess if you are at fault for any damage to the vehicle, speeding fines, petrol used and for cleaning if there is significant smoke or dirty interior than normal.

Yes,  As when hiring anything in Australia, a credit card is required in case of speeding fines, petrol tank not filled on return, insurance excess if you are at fault for any damage to the vehicle.

Contact Ridespot immediately, do not move the vehicle or have it towed without authorisation from Ridespot.  Obtain the contact details of the other parties involved in the incident, including photos of the other vehicles, (including registration plate number) ,photo of drivers licence and contact details ( name, phone number, email address, address)

Vehicles must not be used off road and outside of greater Perth, Mandurah or Lancelin.

You are not required by law to sign a title of deed.
